Hi all,
Just finished my latest project, thought i'd share some photo's with you.
she's called :-
CREAR by metcalf mouldings
And now on to my next project The American Beauty by dumas minus the crap ply.

I would be interested in your observations on the hull, plans etc from metcalf's, I am considering one of theirs for my next project.

Not sure if that's strictly accurate. I think Dave is selling his kits, and I believe that's what MV Crear is.

I have no problems with any thing supplied by Dave Metcalf , this was my second kit by him and i have the Bulldog waiting to be started.

The Crear was designed to be a Well boat ie transporting salmon in seawater tanks that you would get in pursers RSW so that the fish were still living from fish farms to the shore factories but was found to have to deep a draught to get into a lot of farm sites and was sold last year after lying in Buckie for a while hope that answers your question about what she was
