Owners of Graupner GR 65 Any photos of rigging please?
« on: September 06, 2019, 11:09:51 pm »

Help again please {:-{
Having terrible trouble with the rubbish instructions and poor photos. The instructions are in French, German and a type of English!
Using Google translate has helped a little but they all come out differently. The English instructions from the Graupner web site even has a page missing.
Have any owners of this yacht any photos of the rigging? Close ups preferably. I got some photos from the web site but they are so bad the white rigging disappears into the white of the deck.
As a newbie to model yachts I'm beginning to think I should have spent some more and bought the Dragon Force 65. Too late now >:-o

Sorry, can't help directly but you maybe able to get a general idea of what's required by looking on the tube for DF65 rigging and tuning parts 1 to 3?
Difficult not knowing general rope layout.
Hopefully someone will come along, maybe join a local club?

Not sinking just yet but control is problematic.

No smoke or grinding is a bonus!

Thanks for your help again. I've had a quick look at those YouTube videos and they could be very useful. I'll have a good look later tonight.
Hopefully I'll get this yacht out on the local lake before I need an ice breaker on the bows ok2
