Tamar stanchion rails?

Hi  All
Can any members who have built the 1/12  speedline tamer advise me what to use for the rail through the stanchion plesase
Still waiting to fit out my graunper bismark
Hope to buy the graunper artr model in the new year if there are any avalible

Hi I used 1.5 carbon rod that I got from Sussex models hope that helps .

hi all
Thanks for input ,will go for carbon rods (nice and easy) sorry more questions what glue please would be best to glue the styrene parts please EG  seats y boat life canisters also sticking the stainless steel parts
 
now  confused all set to consider buying graunper Nordic  then  saw the Russian  destroyer on sussex model shop site looks a superb model  as any one purchased either  of these models
