Yes - and the adapter to allow it to fit in Proxxon Drill stand! No real problems although I think it may need a clean and oil as the max capacity deems to have reduced. I use to get a 3.2 mm bit in easily, now it requires a bit of force.

I bought a cheap version one and for some reason it kept on falling off when I applied pressure to what I was grinding or sanding. I then bought a genuine Dremmel chuck and that has been fine with no problems at all. I do find that they work best on the flexi drive like in Andy's picture but again I don’t know why.

I have replaced all my collet chucks for 3 jaw chucks as it makes life a lot easier just make sure you get the correct thread as I believe there are more than one standard size.

I have owned one for over a decade.  zero issues, it has literally outlived 3 real dremel tools and one non dremel brand tool.

I bought a Dremel.... maybe another brand but it was out of balance but didn't realize at first.
Eventually  bought a replacement chuck... totally smooth after that!   >:-o

I seem to recall having one that didnt fit my particular collection of dremels at the time, worst comes to worse you can fit the chuck then using a round rattail file run the drill over the file, slowly shutting the jaws, this should at least true up the jaws. I had to do this on the chuck of one drill as i was using 0.7mm drill bits and the out of balance was enough to break the drills.

It's odd, at work we have about 15-20 Dremels that are quite a few years old, mainly 8200's, all with the Dremel official drill style chuck on them, no issues at all and these things get ABUSED. Recently we ordered four new 8220's for new starters, along with the chucks to go with them. Two of them would not fit at all, even on existing 8200's. Seems their manufacturing has changed.

Having said that, if you've managed to break one of the old style chucks then I don't know what to tell you...
