Cutting side panels
« on: January 17, 2020, 08:13:09 pm »

hi all

When cutting your marching sides for springers do you....

Cut two sides close to the line, clamp together and shape together

Or

Clamp two sheets together and then cut and sand to shape?

I did the first one, but sanding through  2x6mm  sheets is a challenge even if only removing a mom.

Any advice???

I would clamp the two sheets together and keep them that way until all sanding of the edges is done.
