RNLI Shannon mobile build frame

I understand this isn't used anymore but I think it would look damn good at shows with my Shannon atop.


I now have enough info to proceed with this and I'm going to use what I have in stock for most of the build. This comprises of 1.5mm GRP sheet.
Member me3 has put a lot of time and effort into producing what I need in his own time so no dimensions will be given in this thread. Anyone interested in copying please contact him  :-))





Seems plenty strong enough so a lot of band sawing ahead

I sacked the idea of glass sheets and adhesive and sought something extruded.
Not to scale but will be a good representation as a model.
