Hi Norry.
I know we are not in Scotland but, just to invite any of your members who may be visiting sunny Jersey this year that they will be more then welcome to come and have a sail with us.  Just contact us through our f/b page.
Jersey model tug association,  and let us know when their here.
                                                                Regards to all   Jim.

...Hi Jimmy...

Yours is one of the clubs on my " Love to visit " list due to my interest in model tugs...In Fact one of my model tugs was bought by a member of your club...
He said it was used as a rescue tug...I think he said it was called or nicknamed   " THE SKIP " It have a rather square chine to the hull...
Is it still there ?...
It is a real " Clyde Built  " tug as it was built in a caravan on Fairlie Pier on the River Clyde...Mostly from scrap wood etc from the Research Ships workshop...

...Best Regards...Norry Mason...

Hi Norry from Aberdeen,

As you can imagine the Covid-19 is causing all kinds of issues this year, I would like to share the AMBC open day details with you but nothing is happening and the club remains closed, the committee is now doing a end of month review of the situation and informing the members of the outcome of the talks. but its not looking good for a reopen any time soon and the pond where we sail like the rest remain on lock down no car traffic allowed meantime
