Police need roadblocks. Put up road closed signs, local traffic only. Anyone passing this should be subject to ANPR checks visitors should then be prosecuted for passing road closed sign.

We have road blocks here in southern Spain. I got stopped this morning on my way to the local supermarket for food. Not a problem if you are sticking to the rules. As for tourists we have none. Everything in shut including all the beaches and sea fronts...oh and not a single case or death in our area...

The Victorian State Govt. have stopped all non commercial fishing.   How are we supposed to eat?  <:(

However Churches have been designated places of work over Easter so more than just the Minister can work the Zoom presentation.
