Mount fleet Clyde Puffer
« on: October 05, 2007, 04:29:11 am »

O0 Have Just finished my Clyde Puffer, "Jessie Ann". Am now looking for new project for the winter months, that is after I finally finish my grandaughter's doll house (roofing).

Very nicely done model there.  Nice detail, just the right amount of weathering and I bet she looks great on the water.

Thanks for the compliments. The motor is a MFA 2:5-1 geared from Westbourne Model Shop. The bike was purchased from Mollys House Miniatures. com in the UK and the weathering was done using Doc O'Briens weathering which I bought from Micro-mark in the USA. I had intended on sailing her but a rather generous offer came my way to purchase the model and now I'll be looking for another from Mount Fleet. Perhaps the Britannia Pilot Boat or Sealight Puffer.
