Another detail out of the way. Fixing points for the forward tyre fenders. I've used 1mm stainless rod.
It is looking like our motorhome meet near Brid is not going to be cancelled so she's ready for the sea.

Simple idea gleaned from Facebook. Many people apparently use cardboard boxes to store and transport their smaller models.
I spied my wifes empty box from her new PFAFF  O0
Turned out to be exactly the right size  :-)

A recap of the running gear.....


Brushless out runner motor 2830 920kv running on 7.2 volt Nimh
Hobbywing Quicrun 30amp ESC
Raboesch 35mm D type RH 3 blade propeller.
Raboesch waterproof propshaft 211mm M4
SG90 micro servo.

I would not change anything. Having run fully onto a sandbar the propeller was man enough to reverse back off.

Just needs a sound unit to mask the electronics resonance
