Shape is looking great to me, excellent basis for the next layer. Its going to be tricky to prove the shape is as full size, but I think that as Amati have concentrated on a scale model rather than an RC model, it shoud be close to scale dimensions. And let's face it, it does look the part...!
I really like the smooth progression of the side of the hull from the massive flare at the bow to the reverse curve at the stern.
I think the forward deck has three layers, the lime, a ply panel, then the inlay. I was wondering whats best re weight. Build as normal, or thinned resin on the lime for strength, then cut with ya hole saw, then the panels to provide the flat surface for the inlay...?
