It's another of those dimensional errors, when ordered it was supposed to be an M4 shaft and tube - 4 mm not 4 metres

I find that quite interesting. It's relatively "traditional" in shape, not like developments of hull designs these days, it would be interesting to know the final application.  It looks like it's all wrapped in Tyvek sheets which is pretty normal packaging but it's an interesting form below, with capacity for someone to turn over also at the opposite end.  It seems a very 50/60's design hullform to me. Interesting.
