Hi Paul... I have some decaperm parts & I always thought that they were the same for the Hectoperm but I might be wrong...

Any parts that I can get hold of would hopefully lead to a full set of gears so yes , They would be of use...

Hi Norry, when i looked for the gears the ones i thought i had weren't there. However i did find some unidentified gears, are they any good to you?

...Hi Paul...

As a builder of  working model tugs they probably would be of use...If not for drive systems they could probably be used in a working towing winch...

Hi the larger grey gears look like the ones used in the Graupner gearbox and the smaller gears which do not mesh with the larger ones look like ones used in model cars.

The bolt on gearbox for the Hectoperm may not be available as such so it may be that the only easy choice is the Graupner free standing gearbox but these are very noisy.
regards
Roy

If they're very hard to find, you could 3d print a gear if you know the gear dimensions and teeth module.
