Model Slipway
« on: October 19, 2020, 09:29:13 pm »

Model Slipway we all know announced their retirement on the 1st September.  I have been asked by them that due to unforeseen circumstances please can you not contact them by telephone  for any queries regarding orders placed before their retirement or regarding anything else.   They are quite happy for you to contact them by email for any queries regarding orders placed before their retirement.  Please be patient when waiting for a reply to your email.

Anyone with an outstanding order will have received an email today explaining the current circumstances. All orders regardless are now unfortunately cancelled unless you have been told otherwise. Please don't make any enquiries of any nature as it will apply very unnecessary stress and will get you nowhere.

Given the sun has now set on Model Slipway  {:-{ :(( , it will be interesting to see what unstarted kits like this Drumbeat of Devon go for on e-bay and elsewhere.  Presumably they will go for a premium, since you probably won't find another any time soon.
