I do not know if this may interest others, but i was perusing through a cheap book site called PSBooks, when I came a cross this book. The section I found of interest is how the RN took over and commissioned and manned a large number of Dutch coasting scoots to support the BEF in France then eventually rescue large numbers of soldiers from Dunkirk etc. When I was a youngster it was small yachts with a sprinkling of old RN vessels. But for the price it is an interesting read if you are interested in this period.
