In brief.
Aimed at accounts that have been dormant. Dormant accounts are those that have not been active for a year. All you need to do is log in once a year to remain active.

If dormant a GBP 9 (9 pounds) annual fee will be deducted from the balance.
If the balance is less than 9 pounds the balance will be taken. If the balance is zero, then zero will be taken.
Monies will only be taken from the balance in hand.
Monies will NOT be taken from linked credit and debit cards.
