Also change the Toast for fried Bread.    O0
I had a breakfast like that many years ago at a farmhouse B&B.   The trouble was it came after the toast and marmalade, a large bowl of Cornflakes and another bowl of Porridge.  >:-o

As an American air force Major once said to me "Ugh you English, you eat beans for breakfast"
So beans go, tomatoes a bit dodgy but need copious cups of coffee.  :-))

The Black pudding and what ever that is in the middle of the plate , and replaced by thick fried bread.

One item? The whole thing is not very vegetarian friendly.

The eggs, bacon (are there 2 types of bacon?), sausage & black pudding.

Oh & swap the tea for coffee.

Get rid of the carbon from the griddle for a start, then lose the bubble(?) and dinky little cup.

It's a tossup between the tomato’s or the mushrooms, the former being the most likely to go, that odd milk stuff would also go to be replaced by real cream on the top milk. Then send for the ambulance PDQ.

The black pudding - I spent years avoiding it just because of the thought of it's ingredients - but last year, I thought it was time to 'man-up' and try some - it was gross.   O0

I think the first item to be removed will be the consumer - to A&E...

I'm weird: don't like breakfast and half of what's on that fry up. If it's one item I'll just pick up and throw the table away and have a coffee instead.
