Extremely sad news. Lawrie and Jackie at Model Slipway were a pleasure to deal with, and Jackie was always ready with advice or assistance if needed. My sincere condolences to Lawrie and family.

The picture says it all really. A great team in life and a great team in business. I am sure a few models will be named in her honour.

I'm saddened by this news, when I built my Model Slipway Envoy Tug that I bought as an almost complete kit I spoke to Jackie to purchase the missing parts She was a joy to deal with and nothing was too much trouble for her she even sent a few of the smaller parts free of charge, RIP Jackie.

Nice thought Stan lets hope she sail for ever you could not have picked a better name. I hope Lawrie may pop over and be the first to put her in the water be a nice touch.
