John Haynes does a couple of 3" guns - a 3"/50 and a HA. http://www.johnrhaynes.com/index.php

You could try HR Products.  They have all sorts of fittings in that scale but they are in the USA.

The Captains class frigates (DEs in USN Parlance) were fitted with American 3"/50s, so, as Paxton suggests, HR products are your best bet. You can order them through the Floating Drydock.

I wish not to hurt any manufacturer of our beloved shipbuilding parts. But if you are considering H-R Products fittings. Please PLEASE require a photo be sent of a current cast.

I did not do this and I was extremely disappointed in the extensive amount of fittings I purchased from them. You will note from their website, that most of the the fittings are depicted by drawings only. Buyer, please beware.

Marv Klotz has a 6 pounder on hand...
Perhaps you can negotiate a lend lease... ;)

I can supply at 1/96 an RN sub. gun 3"/20cwt but is this what you need ? Can also supply the USN 3"/50 carried on the Captain class. Both great  castings by my w/m hand caster.
For those on-line I can send my catalogue of fittings now at JRH728 , by request . johnrhaynes.shipmodels@virgin.net
