using the "pond"

Hi, new to this site, i have collection of boats ranging from ww2 MTB to a Canal Boat that's about 4' long, im hoping to sail them in Chatham dock site,I have a pond near me thats quite big (Great Easthall) near Sittingbourne but really would like a bigger peice of water to sail them on.Any advice would be most welcome.

You are not that far from Mote Park in Maidstone which is a boating lake where the Cygnets club sail.

This is what it looked like in 2014 when I visited

No sailing at the moment of course due to Covid restrictions.

Medway Marine Society sail on the Mast pond in Chatham Maritime museum. Probably not sailing at the mo because of Lockdown.
Nice bunch used to be a member for a while.

Thank you for your replies, i forgot about Moat Park and i drive pass it every day! will look into it when things are back to some sort of normal. :-))
