Spring has sprung creating lots of competition for ones time.
However there is progress if a little slower. I'm now approaching hull closure as planking from the deck downwards and from the keel upwards converge.
If this was a bare plank model like those sailing warships of old then what I am doing must be ignored
As this is a cover all with glass cloth and resin model then the planking pattern is of no consequence as long as the desired shape is maintained. So as my planks converge they will be overlaid and marked for cutting back previously laid planks so the new ones fit in.
