March 2022
Hi Martin,
Some photo`s of my Tamar Lifeboat that won First in the kit class at Haydock Park 2015.
It has a Model Boats magazine on the dashboard,
" So it is a model of a real Tamar Lifeboat with an article in Model Boats magazine
of how to build a model of a Tamar Lifeboat."
Regards,
Bryan.

As I was looking through my archives, I thought about asking if the attached photograph would be good enough for photograph of the month posting.
Photo 1 is a repeat of what was posted in the forum thread
Photo 2 is a higher resolution photograph of the tug after it was converted to electric and the paddle box vents were modified to fan pattern.
Photos 3, 4, 5 and 6 are just other selected from the archive.
Photo 6 shows the wash produced by the paddle tug.
Thanks,

Revell Flower class corvette Snowberry 1/72 restarted

I just enjoyed a kind of scale realism on the water of my Snowberry moored at buoys as seen below.
It was calm ,sometime windy on the water today and a pair of mooring buoys did a nice job as expected even under windy time. :-))
Using these buoys,I could enjoy model boating only seeing the ship, while I take a rest on a chair with a cup of tea.
I think it is much interesting to moor the ships not in operation rather than to get them on the boat cradle on the land. %%
Therefore, I intend to carry them whenever I go for model boating from now on.!! :-))
Boating site and test of mooring for today are as follows;
I was impressed with two dogs together with a young couple of boaters and the dogs were sitting on the boats very seriously beside their masters!! It was a happy day today as usual.!! :-)) - Backerther
