Could I get some opinions on my possible setup please ?
I've been given as a present a World Models B126 Squadron boat as pictured.
It has no propulsion system at this time so I have ordered two Surpass hobby 4092 920 Kv water cooled motors to be run using two Surpass hobby 150 amp ESC connected with two Bashing 8500mAh lipos in series driving into a pair of Octura X470 propellers.
Would this be a good setup? Please.

From what I can find, those props will be far too much load, recommended for those motors is something in the 45-48mm range

I definitely would not take much notice of the manual or recommendations from the makers of this model
specs says 48. 5 lbs... then says 2200 grams.. that would be 2.2 kilo and 4.5 pounds.

I could just imagine someone chucking in qalmost 1/2 cwt and wonder why it sank ha ha


motor wise I have no clue as im not into electrics,, but a 26cc petrol would be too much for this boat to look right
