Charging Station Rebuild
« on: April 09, 2021, 07:13:48 pm »

A big rebuild of my portable lipo charging station for charging boat batteries at races. It holds two 24v 40 amp power supplies for two Revolectrix PL8 chargers with a flush mounted Revolectrix Bump controller that operates both chargers. The IPad can monitor charging progress thru Bluetooth. I flush mounted the parallel charging boards, a battery IR tester, and a fan temperature controller. There is a 12v converter for USB charging, lights, fans, and aux power. I designed and cut the deck out of Lexan with a CNC router and then wrapped it in carbon fibre look vinyl with some designs cut out with a Silhouette vinyl cutter.
