HMS HERMES (R12)

I was about to move this project onto a new owner but thought I would at least get the hull wet before taking that step....

The hull is 7ft 8 inches / 2.3m long - I am looking for advice/recommendations regarding what motors to use on the twin props.

Thank you

Thats a beautiful Nimitz Chris........ but back to the Hermes.......

Only twin propellers, so would a pair of T24 electric motors be considered?.......and each running on 24V [as lead acid ballast]

Alternate could be People mover mobile scooter....[are these T24 motors to start with?

This is a Task Force 72 members Hermes.   Not sure what scale it is though nor power source.

Thanks Derek - these were already at the of my list before seeking advice to try and prevent any "buyers remorse"

Spoken to Brian @ Mobile Marine Models

He advised using 24v commercial vehicle fan motors
