High Speed Launch 102
« on: August 04, 2021, 12:38:55 pm »

Information please on HSL 102
I am finishing a model my son started to build of HSL 102.  We have lost the plans during a house move.
I wondered if anyone had a copy of a plan or a copy of the video of the boat being rebuilt.

Sarik Hobbies do the plans for the 100 class HSL, they include various versions in the plans.
I have a video on old VHS but last time I played it the quality had degraded.
You could ask Portsmouth Historic Dockyard as the real 102 is based with their Boatyard No4 area with other similar types like the seaplane tender, MASB 81, RSL and a landing craft F8.
Hope this helps.

These were taken on a very rainy day in August 17. Hope they are useful.

Thanks very much to you all.  Very helpful.  The photos are brilliant, presumably you were actually on the boat?
