Can anybody recommend me a decent chisel sharpener powered machine with combined sander belt pls.
Not sure if the Axminster ones are suitable.

Look out for Aldi Special Bargains, A Belt sander that comes with G Cramps so you can fix it upside down on the Bench.
A great tool and well made.
