How do component shop react to missing item from an order, i see they are closed over the week end, so have left a message, have to wait a call back monday, hopefully

Yes, they seem a very friendly lot. I have had excellent service from them in the past.

I have always had superb service from this company. I had a missing item (the locking nut for a toggle switch) which I emailed them about and the part sent out the same day.
