Wings and wheels 2022

June 25-26 2022 , North Eesld aerodrome.
I am going to this as part of Luton club, but would be prepared to Run a Mayhem stand if enough interest!!

Ok. I have the forms through.
If we do this as a Mayhem tent, it will require 5 people to participate. There is camping on site, a boat pool, live entertainment on Saturday night, a bar and foodstalls open till late on saturday.
Friday is setup, show saturday and sunday.
Any takers? We need to book this in january.

Ok, for this to go ahead, i need a minimum of 4 peeps to attend with boats for the whole event.
Set up is from Friday lunchtime, the show runs on sat and sun. There is a bar onsite, and live music saturday night, with night flying and silent fireworks.....and yes, they do this at the same time! A few planes were definetly hit last year.
Andy and I are already going with our clubs, so a whole 4 can go. Camping is free (as far as I am aware). You can bring a tent, caravan or motorhome (no electric hookup)
Equipment we would require.
Tables and a large gazebo. Minimum 3m x 6m. Boats. Anyone who can help out with this, it would be appreciated!
There are on site food places, and toilets. NO SHOWERS!
I have 1 definite person wishing to attend, RAF LAUNCHES, if he is back from deployment.
Any takers for the whole weekend, please contact myself.
I can have a few day tickets, but you will need to bring a boat to display.
Wings and Wheels are trying to expand the boating section, and hopefully, we will help them to do this.
