Y- lead for Futaba board

Does anyone know of a 4 wire Y lead (1 male, 2 female) that accepts the internal 4 pin plug/sockets  found on some Futaba boards?

Hello Simon,

Can you post a picture of plug/socket - I imagine it's some type of JST connector but unlikely to be available as Y lead - a homebrew solution with purchased leads should be possible...
