Have just come into an Arkmodels ViiC with R&R 80mm dia. WTC.

Am a submariner novice and wonder how to fit the WTC as I have not any instructions?

Am I right in that the frames inside the hull need cut to suit the WTC in the rear part of the hull?

Please can anyone point me to instructions on how to fit the WTC? I have seen some great resources on the internet but no 'formal' instructions!

I could only suggest you do just that  ...as the price list for various sub-components for the ViiC - U boat are rather scary

Ideally you want the wtc mounted as high as you can get it in the hull without it breaking the surfaced waterline. The longitudinal centre of the ballast tank should align with the attack periscope on the conning tower.
