HI All
heres a couple of new pics showing one of my life rafts that is resin moulded with its cradle ive scratch made from perspex sheet, i did try brass and solder but it seemed just a little too much, im going to try and add some detail on them later once painted.( there are a couple of air bubble holes in view but they have been sorted now)

Hi, All
ive remade the spot light that sits above the wheel house on the work boat, construction was done using a cut down plastic marker pen , LED and silver reflective part in the light are from a broken head torch its bracket from pieces out from the scrap tub, wire from and old HDMI cable,it does light up and swivels up and down and rotates sadly not machanically, and to finish it off a lens will be fitted.

over all considering the size im pleased,.. its all brass and soft soldering.

Looks good congratulations. I would think very carefully before attempting anything like that.  <:(

Thank you for your kind remarks, its not always easy to try some thing new, but, if you keep at it and use the failures as small gains then the end result will always appear.

Hello All
much of the same pictures here, but, since the last pictures i have taken apart the whole cage/ladder build and filed every piece down to 3mm width and then rebuilt it, WHY, because when i offered it up to my model it looked well out of scale compared to the rest of the bridge/wheelhouse and the GA plan im using for my reference .
