Somewhat later than I would have liked, but I've just been so busy......
Anyway, the Blackpool Model Show is most definitely on, in less than 2 weeks time, taking place at its usual venue of the Norbreck Castle Hotel in Blackpool.
This year we have more exhibits than we have ever had before, so much so that I have had to move the bring & buy out to a room of its own in order to make space for more displays. This should also make life easier as you will be able to drop things off there before the doors to the show open. It is also closer to the rear exit doors, which can make it easier getting in & out.
Anyway, we have 42 exhibitors confirmed, plus there are an additional 4 that sent in paperwork late (today!) that I am trying to make space for. There is also the usual line up of traders, plus a couple of new faces there as well. The full list can be found on the show website (www.blackpoolmodelshow.co.uk)
Tickets can be bought on the website at the discounted price of £6.50 for one day (either Saturday or Sunday) or £10.00 for the whole weekend. You can also pay on the door at £7.50 for one day or £11.00 for the weekend
Website ticket sales end at midday on Wednesday October 12th, after then you will only be able to pay on the door.
Really looking forward to the show & seeing old friends again, plus making some new ones.

PARKING ISSUES:
I have been contacted by a couple of people who have been issued with parking fines from the show. In each case it was just down to an error putting a wrong digit down in the book on arrival.
If you get a parking fine letter DON'T WORRY, we can get them cancelled, just contact me directly, do not contact the parking company. I will then get it cancelled for you. Just send the details to info@blackpoolmodelshow.co.uk

AS AN EXHIBITOR, ON SUNDAY I PUT MY CAR DETAILS IN THE ORGANISERS BOOK.  i HAVE JUST RECEIVED A PARKING BILL FOR £100.  HOW DO I GET A COPY OF THE BOOK FOR SUNDAY TO SEND WITH MY APPEAL?  ALSO HAS ANYONE ELSE BEEN FINED?  Cheers  Jim
