Hi Rich, I acquired this kit a couple of months ago from ebay, there were two on sale from an estate sale, mine came with the plans and instructions but was missing a couple of sheets of printed styrene and most of the cast fittings  <:( did you buy the other?

Unfortunatly I am still looking for some but picked it up at a toy and vintage fair a few months ago.
Any help appreciated and vice versa.
