I’ll end up having 16 LEDs for the heli deck landing lights plus another 12 for the landing aids lights.

A friend of mine is working on the mission bay crane control electronics as how I had its function working failed,

so he said he’d look at it.

Picked up these today from a friend that has just got a resin printer. The larger heli deck lights will go down the side of the flight deck, the smaller ones on the transom.

Housing after two coats of Matt black Thai is to stop light leak and one top coat once fully dried I’ll give them a light sand and final top coat.

Then the housing will have green lenses added, this will be done by painting green acrylic clear on some acetate.

Hi Detomo,

The item mark in

Yellow ………..is two 12 way LED bus bar
Blue ……………is a 12v distribution board.
Green …………is a 8 way switching unit

All these electronic were purchased from Scalewarships

Easily done. I built a huge tug and miscounted the railings – couldn't tell the difference between 2 and 3. Doh!

My UK supplier is out of stock, so I’ve had to order from China

the issue is they will not be delivered until Feb 10th.

Completed all the wiring in the hull today. Every cable has its own cable ident this is to help track the cables when any repairs are required

I still have two spare ways on the 8way switcher and spare ways on the LED bus bars. Just need to move on to coupling up the superstructure electronics to the hull electronics.

Well Gents,

After spending time reviewing all the photos I decided too strip off all fittings apart from RAS fittings.

I incorrectly built the walkway as solid but it is meshed, doors incorrect locations and what I thought as weather strips above the doors are not incorrect. Two step forward one back.🤬

Been doing some fittings casting, but could not find my Phalanx CIWS mould I made when building USS Roosevelt , so I’ve had to make a new mould from the masters.
