I thought that you might like an update from Farcet and to let you know what is new to the DEANS MARINE range.
The
Trumpeter 1/200 scale ships are taking the model world by storm with the incredible detail on the mouldings and the brass etched parts. Large enough for radio control, but the thought of purchasing one of these expensive kits, cutting and chopping the hull around, and then trying to find the necessary working parts that would keep the scale appearance some find very risky and some insurmountable.
To this end we have added to our motorising range a complete set of parts to motorise all of the Trumpeter range of kits.
The latest release is the famous Scharnhorst 1/200 kit of this famous battle cruiser, in single screw format, twin screw format ( the most popular), or triple screw format.
For the Scharnhorst the running kit is very comprehensive and contains specially produced 2mm shafts in slimline tubes, 2 bearings, and a collets so modellers can 2rin M4 standard threaded propellers, props are cast warship high efficiency type, cast metal runners A frames for 2mm mm bearing, as a example to a twin screw set contains following:
