The most recent details I have for Simon are the ones in the attached image. Been a while since I last ordered from him though.

I’ve just checked his Facebook page, it looks like they’ve had some problems this week regarding messages not getting through. The prop shop team were definitely still operating two days ago according to the Facebook page.
He is going to the Harrogate show this weekend so maybe that could explain some things but don’t know why the phone number wasn’t recognised unless it’s changed recently. I usually order online and they arrive less than a week later.

Prop Shop has been covered at length in the past, in short, his customer service is either good or dire, no in between. I’ve been waiting on a prop three weeks now, I’ve had them turn up in a couple of days. End of last year a mate had two props arrive that he’d been waiting a year for.

Seems to me if he has something in stock he’ll post it next day, if he has to make it you’ll be waiting a while

If you know  the process to make a cast prop then you will know it takes quite a while, it is not a five minute job. nemesis

My experience has always been very positive. I recently ordered 4 props and I was advised it would take a couple of weeks as they had to be made and this was entirely accurate and they all arrived and were perfect.

In my opinion they are the best model props you can purchase and have an excellent range and style to choose from.

Cheers

I fully understand that things are made to order therefore might take some time, I've ordered two 4 inch shafts kind of stuff that I thought might on the shelf, but, it looks like I'm going to have to be a bit more patien int.

Yes, but it’s not a three week job and it’s certainly not a year’s worth…
