Sheeting systems

Hi i have a hull i i bought off ebay and i am fitting it out i have scaled up a gaff cutter rig which suits and now i'm down to planning the sheetig arrangement are there any sources of info on the net with diagrams etc explaining the different methods i can use i will be installing a drum winch so a closed loop seems favorite but as i have never done one any help will be appreciated

Hello Dave,
On this Forum, go to "Scale Sail", then to "Schooner sailing Event" the last post shows a device which fits onto the top of a drum winch, which does away with loop systems and tensioners under the deck.
I have used this system for 10 years or more and it has never gone wrong!.
