UJ coupling

HI. peeps why does the prop shaft when i throtle up spins out of the couple and disengages from all drive and burrs the thread >:-o

You have not tightened the nuts etc properly.
At the prop end.
Put washer on. Put nut on. Add  little threadlock or nail varnish to to thread. Put prop on and tighten nut to prop. Use a cloth to hold prop.

Inside boat.
If its an unthreaded propshaft.  Grind or file a flat. The brass uj will have a grub screw that should then be screwed down onto said flat.
If its threaded, washer on nut on, threadlock or nail varnish the thread and lock nut against the uj.
Always make sure there is a little play in the proshaft. Ie it turns freely and moves up and down the shaft by 1mm or less.
Ont the motor shaft you should have again a flat that the uj grub screw can sit on. All grub screws should only be done up hand tight.
Nuts should be hand tight plus a tweak
Note sometimes you might need a spacer between this and the propshaft outer.
