Vosper 73' MTB 523
« on: October 26, 2023, 07:50:13 pm »

This will hopefully be my progress of the above boat number 523, I have the Deans hull which isn't totally accurate but I have it. The rest will be scratch built I had thought about buying the fittings from Deans but they seem very evasive in wanting to supply them so scratch it is.
I I have calculated the wattage needed which is about 300w I have 3 outrunners that are 140w so they should do it, all the running gear is ordered I think I have enough materials to get the construction done.
I've marked a rough centre line the hull is far from symmetrical and the single shaft hole is way off centre but hey ho I'll work with it.
That's it so far but I'll keep you posted fingers crossed the pictures work.

Not my favourite type of vessel but curiosity will keep me interested in following your progress  :-)

Cheers,

Not a huge amount of progress but all the hardware is fitted so not far of the deck going on then the fun bits can be built.
