Do any clubs use membership software?
We use an integrated excel spread sheet for accounts and membership. Works ok, but was looking for a piece of software that I can integrate personal info with membership photo and the be able to print cards out.

Our Illawarra Live Steamers use Microsoft Access for Membership matters [nominal 100 Members] ...very customisable and easy to operate [after the background query's have been written]

You can import files and migrate from Excel  into Access so that would minimise, or near eliminate duplication of data entry

In years gone by, Microsoft Access was a standalone software purchase, however it is now bundled into Microsoft 365

Far easier, if you don't need a relational database, would be a spreadsheet and word processor using mail merge to print your cards.

You can insert a photo into an Excell spreadsheet and print off selected cells to create membership cards etc.
