Portgarth tug history and current status

I need to update a blurb about my tug model of Portgarth which I am putting on show at the Cape Town Society of Model and Experimental Engineers open weekend this coming weekend. Getting details off the internet such as her recent history, current owner, home port, etc is not possible unless I take out monthly subscriptions etc on the sites that give that sort of information. Is there a way of updating this sort of information without doing the subscription thing? Brian

Looking on Marinetraffic.com she's currently working out of Poti in Georgia. Unfortunately, no further details though.
