Best grey nonslip deck paint

Does Rustoleum nonslip iron grey spray paint have a textured appearance, would this be the best option for my deck on a Speedline 1/16th life boat?

A standard type paint with fine sand sprinkled on and overcoated with a thin colour would.

I thought the rustoleum fine textured paint looked good at 1/20 scale.
