I noticed the fingers on the left hand of the lady in blue. How many thumbs does she have?

I didn't notice  what appears to be multi-thumb of the woman in blue, having said this, there doesn't appear to be any significant element in the return image of the man


The [her] drink cup [with fingers + thumbs] itself is as single-block elemenet
