ESP32 Based Sound System by DIYGUY999
« on: January 27, 2025, 02:17:29 pm »

Hi All

I've built and used a version of DIYGUY999s Arduino Nano based sound systems in my 1/10th Aquarama build, and have tested same for my 1/5th build.  It sounds OK, but the Nano is a bit limited in it's capabilities, the sampling with the ESP32 is 22Hz rather then the 8Hz limit on the Nano (ATmega 328) version which should improve the sound...  I've recently ordered a set of 5 of his PCBs to test and build his updated ESP32 based sound system.

And I wondered whether anyone else has already done this..?

This is the Nano version: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sct1FfVY3TU

Best regards to all.
