ACTion P94 and fuse board - came on time and when I as a noob, had problems regarding wiring the motors & receiver (nothing to do with the parts ordered) ACTion sent a personalised wiring diagram!
Second to none service and I would recommend to anyone.

regards
Gary :)

Yesterday I received my Caldercraft Morning Star Kit from www.cornwallmodelboats.co.uk.
On opening the box I discovered that the hull had a large chip out of the top edge.

I contacted Malcolm at www.cornwallmodelboats.co.uk who asked me to send a photo of the damage to him.
He then contacted Jotika who said they would send another hull direct to me FOC.

It arrived this morning in good  condition.

Excellent service from both the companies involved.

A special thankyou to Malcolm for his help and knowledge in supplying the extra parts needed to make the kit complete. O0

"Excellent service and thanks to Royal Mail also."

Ah, I wondered when someone was gonna mention our postal boys and gals. Without them we'd be pretty much stuffed. Dave Jacquet sent me a few bits and bobs back along and I could hardly believe my eyes when Postie was ringing the doorbell the very next morning.

Did you give them a nice, big Xmas tip, Richard?

Me and Hannah ordered some parts from Deans Marine and Action and the bits arrived in 24 hours.......Exellent service. We also ordered some gear from A Model World, we were informed it would be at least a week as they didn't have all what we wanted........ 4 days and it was here..........What more can I say..

Had a word with Barry at Wesbourne about some missing Billings parts, he gave me a telephone no. and a name.
Phoned the man (Simeon) at Amerang - Lancing, West Sussex, very helpful - parts in the post next day. What more can you ask.

I found these guys on the web on thursday:

http://www.reuk.co.uk/

e mailed them and by Friday evening had agreed a specification on an auto bilge pump unit that starts on water detection then runs on for a user determined time span before stopping.

Item made, tested and delivered on Tues morning. I have still to test myself, but looks compact and well made.
