.28 sts in my jetstream 800
« on: November 18, 2007, 03:11:28 pm »

hi im thinking of putting a .28 sts in my jetstream complete with a proper flexi, rudder and strut the only problem is the water cooled sts has a car crankshaft in it so how would you couple it up to a flywheel and collet?
any help on this would be great.

Pete,

I have got an STS .28 in a RTR boat but its killed it and broken it. I bought a new cat hull to run it but have changed my mind and am looking for a .21 to run in AA class next year as well.

I had a flwheel made and it runs really well. Great rev range and idles really well. With a tuned pipe.

If you want it let me know, its redendant at the moment. Or swop a .21?

PM me. or i can bring it along to Willen if youw want?
