Bill you will notice the difference, just with the ease of the gas flow, its just a matter of tuning it now, if you had a bonzi quite pipe i could have told you where to cut the header,so I'm afraid its cut a bit at a time..good luck...mad AL

Hi all Mad Makara Men. the general feedback i get,is that this fun day is to go ahead, more than likely at kingsbury, if all wishing to participate post which month it should take place the month with the most votes wins, and if then every one is agreed to it we can take steps to sorting it out....my month is....MAY... should be nice the  UK usually has its 2 weeks summer in that month......Mad Makara Al :D O0

Morning All.
May is really difficult for me. April is clear so far, or the tail end of June.  I'm off to the AGM now. Hopefully get a date for a Stevenage OMRA meet.

Hi folks

End of April is good for me, or anytime in May [bear in mind there are 2 B/Hols in May].  End of June I shall prolly be away with the family for a couple of weeks.  Are we aiming at a Sat or a Sun btw?

Build is progressing slowly although now I have my engine mountings, I can start to move things on apace. Paint is almost finished.  WIll post a couple of pix when I have finished painting it.

Cheers

Phil

Tony. Hello.
Got the pipe today. I can't fit it in as it is a Small rad turn which is a great pity. I'm going to need the bigger rad turn type. I could have kicked my self for not working that bit out myself. Anyway email me your address and I will post it back to you ASAP.  Thank you very much for sending it to me.  O0  If anyone else has a second hand large rad pipe they want to part with, Please can you let me know. TA VERY KINDLY. ;)

hi bill they are only about 18 - 20 quid from barry blue fishy  you require the long 90 degree to clear the rail.....alan O0.......right every one its going to be the end of april then for our outing to kingsbry, just to see what omra has planed for that month, and then we can set a date, more than likely a sunday....mad al :D :D O0

I have spoken today to Paul Firmin and he agreed to offer some kind of sponsership for the event, not sure what, or what we want. Is it a race meet? or just a jollie?

He would have attended but does not agree with pond racing, and on that note there is due to be a possible break out proper offshore series to be announced some time next year. Arranged by Tony Ellis and Paul. Southampton, Plymouth, Chichister sort of thing. South to South West.

Something to do with WOMRA or whatever that is?

Simon

Anyone know where i can get a .21 for an AA boat?
