Right Me now got a Perkasa and I need 1/24th Naval Figures tried Deans and George Turners Not what i am looking for any other suggestions

Robbe do 1/25

Revell used to do 1/24 figures.

Tamiya pit crew are 1/20th. Would need modifying but may be close enough in scale to be useable.

The figures with the scales listed are 1/12 but there are other figures that are not listed.
He also does winches at 1/24 so it is a scale he is using. If he does not make then he may know somebody who does.
