1:1 Scale Springer? (MultiCat)

Could this be a 1:1 scale Springer?  O0.  Seen in Padstow harbour on a recent visit to Cornwall.

That is a MultiCat.
The be all and do all in harbour vessel, oh yes and coastal passages and anything else they can get a contract for.

Yes, perfect for a scale Springer as long as it has the  (official) Springer breeze-block hull O0  BTW why is there two Plimsol marks on the hull ?
